Language versions. This is a translation of the Polish original and is provided for information. The binding version is the Polish one: /pl/legal/withdrawal. That precedence does not deprive a consumer of any right under mandatory provisions of law — including the mandatory provisions of the law of the country of their habitual residence, where the applicable conflict-of-law rules give them that protection — and it does not limit anyone's rights against the party responsible in a given situation (§17.2 and §19.3 of the Terms).
A consumer concluding a distance contract has, as a rule, 14 days to withdraw.
For paid digital content supplied online, the statutory exception to the right of withdrawal applies only once the conditions of Article 38(1)(13) of the Consumer Rights Act are met cumulatively, including prior express consent to the start of performance, correct information about the effects for the right of withdrawal, acknowledgement of that information and provision of the required confirmation on a durable medium.
Where the transaction is carried out by Paddle, transactional withdrawal/refund is performed through Paddle's channels in accordance with its current terms and with mandatory consumer rights.
Paddle Buyer Support / Customer Portal: https://paddle.net/ — where you can find your transaction and ask for a cancellation or a refund; e-mail: help@paddle.com. The link for handling the transaction is also in Paddle's e-mail confirming the payment — if Paddle changes it, the one in that e-mail applies.

Refunds
Payments are refunded by the seller in this transaction, Paddle.com Market Limited, in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy (https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy) and mandatory provisions of law; your statutory rights always take precedence.
- Withdrawal within 14 days: available as long as the digital content has not been supplied to you with your consent (see above). You submit the statement in Paddle's portal (https://paddle.net/); the refund is made within 14 days of its receipt.
- A defect or no access: write to us first at contact@vantior.eu — we will fix the problem, and if that is not possible, Paddle will make the refund. You may also go to Paddle straight away.
- Discretionary refund: Paddle may, at its discretion, refund a payment on a request made within 14 days of the transaction; making a request does not guarantee a refund.
- How the refund is made: to the same payment method, within 14 days of the request being accepted.
- Access after a refund: access to the refunded item in the Library ends; the other items of the order stay.
- Chargeback: before you raise the matter with your bank, contact Paddle. If the dispute ends in a chargeback, access to the order ends.
