For Authors
Turn your knowledge into a publication
We help experts turn practical experience into a premium digital publication — from the first outline to a fully edited, verified book carrying the Vantior Books Standard.
Two ways to work together
Vantior Publishing
Full publication — from a proposal or outline, through editorial work under the Vantior Books Standard, to release in the catalogue.
Vantior Distribution
Distribution of a finished ebook in the Vantior Books catalogue, for authors whose publication is already complete.
What Vantior handles, what you bring
- 01
You bring real operating experience and an expert point of view.
- 02
We agree on the publication's scope and structure together.
- 03
Our editorial team guides you through the Vantior Books Standard: verification, sources, fact-check, editorial review and a practicality check.
- 04
Working terms — including rights and compensation — are agreed individually before work begins, not stated in advance here.
Our process
Vantior Books Standard
From expertise to final QA — six internal checkpoints before a publication goes on sale.
The Vantior Books Standard is our internal editorial process — not an external or legal certification.
- 01
Expert Verification
We verify the author's real experience before starting the publication.
- 02
Research Review
We check claims and sources against current, credible research.
- 03
Fact Check
A separate pass verifies numbers, examples and technical detail.
- 04
Editorial Review
Structure, clarity and tone reviewed for premium readability.
- 05
Practicality Review
We check real implementation usefulness, not just theory.
- 06
Final QA
A final full pass before the publication is cleared for sale.
How to start
Submit a proposal
Briefly describe your expertise, where the work stands and your idea for the book. Our editors read every submission — we will get back to you once we have reviewed it.
The controller of your data is Vantior Group Dawid Pągowski, ul. Świętego Mikołaja 8/11/208, 50-125 Wrocław, Poland (contact@vantior.eu). We process the data and materials of the submission to assess the publishing proposal and, where it goes ahead, to prepare a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and for the defence of claims (Article 6(1)(f)). Giving the data is voluntary, but without it we cannot consider the submission. We delete the files of a rejected submission within 90 days of the decision, and of a withdrawn one within 30 days; we do not use manuscripts to train AI models. You have the right to access your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection, and to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). Our IT service providers may receive the data; details, including transfers outside the EEA, are in the Privacy Policy.
